The Hervey Memorial Library is a branch of the Licking County Library (LCL). Originally established in the early 1900's by the King's Daughters, Utica Public Library was a local reading circle. On ajuly 9. 1938, the Hervey family set up a trust fund and willed their residence on Main Street to become the future home of the library. The Hervey Memorial Library officially opened in 1953. Today. the LCL branch offers programming to people of all ages, books, digital resources such as eBooks, free public internet access as well as a community space open to all.
